I was a customer of Enterprise in the past. Rent from them 3 times before. Everything was good. But this branch is awful! The lady that work there is unprofessional and she is lying.
Since my car broke down awhile back I've been periodically renting cars at this location and have to say it's always been a great experience. Very friendly staff, especially Jameson, who manages there. I appreciate the quick and fast service and the cars are always in great shape. Great job!
Very disappointed. The lady that answered the phone told me that my car is ready for pick up. When I arrived there was no car . They told me that they can not find my reservation. waste of time these people
Other companies usually just say “ Sorry we don’t have anything”! They made a horrible experience a good one due to Over the top customer service.
Alexandra was as good as it gets. Regrettably the Minivan I reserved was not available, but the team at my local Enterprise searches for my car around and when they could find none, they started calling renters of SUV’s to see if any of them would be returned soon and found one, held it for me and got me as close as possible to my rental vehicle and rental time.
I rent from Enterprise few times in the past without any problems. But this time it was terrible. From the start to the end it was a nightmare. The Polish lady that work in this branch is unprofessional and a liar. She fit more a flea market than a respectful company like Enterprise. I will not rent from Enterprise anymore because of the bad experience with this lady.
