Horrible service. We reserved 2 months prior and not only did they not have a car but they were unapologetic and refused to help us is any way.
Great customer service. Me and my family were very satisfied with our car. Well delivered and specially clean for a rental. Rental agent help us meting our expectations. We will be back.

Only complain is all the extra charge - 8$ for hotel and pool service?? And 10$ for parking.
Nice place and staff.
And the breakfast is only 1 bagel and coffee for adults - and more then that is extra, which means kids get nothing and you end up with another 8 - 10$.
